About Mrs. Kastelz
I have been teaching in Clay County for 15 years. I have taught K-12, in both self-contained and the inclusion setting. This is my third year at Oakleaf Village Elementary teaching in the self-contained setting. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from the University of South Florida, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Florida and Doctorate level work in Early Childhood Education at Nova Southeastern University. I love teaching and watching my students grow and learn!
I have lived in the Jacksonville area my entire life and currently live in Clay County with my family. My husband Tom and I have 2 wonderful daughters who are 5 and 7 years old along with 2 fur-kids. I like to read, scrapbook and spend time with my family. I come from a large family, with two of my 3 siblings also working locally in education.
Our Assistants
